This is a 6-week weight loss program designed to help you build healthy habits for weight loss. You can expect to lose up to 5kg in 5 weeks by applying the principles taught consistently. Safe weight loss rate is 0.5kg - 1kg per week, as recommended by NHS UK. The course is structured in 6 weekly modules. In Week 1 (Preparation Phase) • You get prepared for weight loss: • You cover learning activities in which you learn all you need to know about healthy dieting for weight loss. • You are introduced to daily workouts that you can complete at any time of the day that suits you, at home and with no equipment needed. • You have a meal planning session with a medical doctor and dietician. Include the foods you like into your healthy eating plan. In Weeks 2 -5 (Weight Loss Phase) • You apply all the principles learned in Week 1, to start seeing real sustainable weight loss. • After the full 6 weeks is up, you may opt to repeat the plan, in Phase 2, for further weight loss OR • Join our Stay Fit Plan to maintain your weight loss for another 4 weeks. • Once you have completed this, you would have built habits to help you maintain your desired weight. Rest assured, weight loss is simple and possible with determination and the right strategy. Expect to spend at least 30 minutes on course-related activities each day. In case you need weight loss medication, we will discuss options for you to meet a doctor at a clinic near you for a checkup and prescription. This course is specifically for adults (people aged 18 years and older) who have a BMI 25 and above. If you are not sure what your BMI is, kindly reach out for support via the contact information provided on the website. This program is not suitable for pregnant women. Policy: Plan is valid for 6 weeks. If you cancel your plan, you will not receive a refund; but will have access to plan content until plan ends. After 6 weeks, you can pay again to re-subscribe if you wish to attempt the plan again.
